Transparent scopeWe explain what the screening can show

Your water leaves clues

Small signs can lead to better questions.

You don't need to know what system you need. Start by telling us what you see, smell, taste, or feel.

01

Taste or odor

Chlorine-like smells, metallic notes, or water your family simply avoids drinking.

02

Spots or buildup

Film on glassware, scale around fixtures, or residue on appliances and shower doors.

03

Skin and hair feel

Water that feels harsh, soap that will not lather, or skin and hair that feel different after washing.

04

Filter uncertainty

Conflicting product claims, confusing options, or not knowing whether to start at the tap or whole home.

Not noticing a problem? Curiosity is a good reason to start.

No vague promises. We explain the purpose and limits up front, so you can make a more informed decision.

Review basic characteristicsSee educational, on-site demonstration methods and hear what the observations mean.

Compare filtration categoriesUnderstand where point-of-use, whole-home, or combined approaches may fit.

This is not a certified laboratory analysis. Specific concerns such as bacteria, lead, arsenic, PFAS, or other contaminants may require accredited laboratory testing. We'll explain when that may be appropriate.

Is the water screening really free?

Yes. We use the visit to understand your concerns, demonstrate basic water characteristics, and explain possible next steps. There is no high-pressure sales approach.

What can the screening tell me?

It can help you discuss visible or sensory concerns, review basic characteristics with demonstration methods, and understand which filtration categories may fit your goals. It does not confirm every possible contaminant.

Do you work with city water and private wells?

Yes. Municipal water and private wells raise different questions, so we'll ask about your water source when we follow up and tailor the conversation accordingly.

What happens after I submit the form?

Pure Home Wellness will contact you—usually within one business day—to confirm your service area, learn what you're noticing, explain the visit, and find a time that works.

What if I need certified contaminant testing?

We'll be transparent when an accredited laboratory is the appropriate next step. Our complimentary screening is educational and is not a substitute for certified laboratory analysis or public-health guidance.
